Can I use the free plan for a production blog?
Sure, you can use Draftbox at no cost to run a production blog. However, our free plan comes with certain constraints like single-member and limited integrations (Disqus, Google Analytics). If you are okay with the limitations, please jump on board!
What onboarding and support packages are available?
We offer migration support to our customers to ensure the sanctity of data when they switch from platforms like Ghost and Medium to Draftbox. Migration support is only available with annual paid plans.
What is a Member?
A Member refers to people in your site who have access to your site dashboard and are assigned a specific role (only available with Startup and Business plans).
Can I belong to multiple sites on Draftbox?
Yes! You can use the same email address to create and join multiple sites. However, each one of these sites is on its own plan and needs to be upgraded individually.
Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?
Yes! We offer both monthly and yearly billing options. The yearly billing option is always cheaper (~20% discount on Startup and Business plans, ~50% discount on Personal Pro plan). For example, the Startup Plan is $32 per month when you choose the monthly option, but $25 per month if you choose to pay yearly.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and more.
How is my payment being processed?
We use Stripe to process your payment. It’s the same payment provider used by companies such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Lyft. We do not handle your credit card information directly.
How do I cancel my paying subscription?
You can either delete the site you’re paying for or downgrade your site to the Personal plan. In the case of a downgrade, at the end of the billing cycle, we will cancel your subscription and move your site to a forever free Personal plan.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes, you can. Your site will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.
