Last week, we quietly released a new update:

2. Distribute your posts on social media automatically. With Zapier, you can now automate and post your content on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and a slew of other channels.
3. Import content from your current WordPress blog without compromising post formatting or SEO.
4. More customizable labels and buttons. We made the entire vocabulary (tag, author, article, etc. ), as well as the 404 and offline page content customizable.

Cross-post your work on Medium, Hashnode, and dev.to

If you've been blogging for a while, you've probably come across words like “syndicate,” “POSSE,” and “cross-post.” To summarise, you build and publish content on your own blog, then cross-post it on blogging networks like Medium to reach a wider audience.

Why isn't everybody doing this, you may wonder? There may be a variety of explanations, but here are the top two that our customers told us about:

1. Concerned regarding Google's duplicate content penalty.
2. When copying and pasting/importing content, the formatting is lost, which means spending more time editing the content on those sites as well.

We understand. Nobody wants to be subjected to Google's wrath. Have you heard of the canonical link, though? A canonical link is an HTML element that specifies the "canonical" or "preferred" version of a web page to help webmasters avoid duplicate content issues in search engine optimization.

But here's what we did: we streamlined the cross-posting (syndication) process for you! We now generate a post for you on selected blogging networks when your content goes live on the web. We also take care of the content formatting so you don't have to spend any more time editing it. Isn't it cool?

Distribute your posts on social media automatically

What do you do now that you've posted a new blog post? To increase organic social media traffic to your blog, share your content on your social media profiles. This segment can be time-consuming and error-prone. So we decided to help you out.

You can now use Zapier to link all of your social media accounts and have your posts automatically shared once they're published. The beta version of this feature is currently available. To help you get started, we've compiled a list of suggestions:

WordPress import is, without a doubt, one of the most voted platform for Magic Import feature. For the past two months, our team has been working on making lossless import possible. The beta version of this feature is currently available.

More customizable labels and buttons

As promised, we've added more customizable labels, buttons, and special page content:

• Vocabulary → posts, authors, tags, min read, load comments, share, etc.
• 404 page
• offline page

Minor improvements/bug fixes

• Improvement: The blog post excerpt in the blog feed no longer breaks in the middle of a sentence.
• Improvement: We revamped the design of our dashboard pages to make it easier for you to access your work without losing your data.
• Improvement: The backtick (`) is no longer used by default in inline code snippets.
